Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE™) aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model for healing trauma and other stress disorders.
Inner Relationship Focusing
IRF fosters a readiness to manage the upsets of daily life and move beyond difficult old patterns that can show up in painful ways like addiction, procrastination, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and dysfunctional relationships.
Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

EMDR
This therapeutic tool for eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing is widely known as EMDR. This can be a very effective tool for healing attachment wounds and addressing the damage sustained from neglect or poor parenting in early childhood.

Bodywork covers various interwoven focus areas, including trauma recovery, somatic touch, self-regulation skills, and resilience. These focus areas ultimately weave together into a unified somatic approach to touch, awareness, and embodiment.
